Even though you won’t want to give these boots up, we know life happens. If you need to send yours back for any reason, your return is on us. And if yours don’t fit quite right, or you realize you’re more of a black-than-brown kinda guy, then you guessed it—we’ll swap them out at no cost to you. Just follow the steps below to keep everyone’s feet, and wallets, happy.
Request a Return or Exchange
- Reach out to our helpful Boot Pros and let them know what happened. They will need your email address and order number, so have those on hand.
- Look in your box for the return label. Every order comes with one, just in case you need it.
- Slide your boots into the original packaging, tape up the box, and stick the return shipping label to the outside.
- Drop your package off at a nearby UPS store, or schedule a pickup.
We’ll handle it from there!
How much does it cost to return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges are free. No shipping or restocking fees. No catches.
How long do I have to return or exchange?
Once you buy your boots, you have 60 days from the purchase date to return or exchange them. Remember, they need to be in like-new condition to send them back, so don’t go buck-wild trying them on.
Can I wear my boots before I decide?
We want your boots to fit so well you own them forever. So absolutely try them on and give ‘em a whirl. Just keep in mind that your boots have to be in like-new condition if you want to return or exchange them. That means they should look like you just pulled them out of the box. We recommend walking around on carpet to try them out (so the bottoms stay fresh).
